enter into legally binding and enforceable contracts. Our Website may not
be used by persons, companies or organizations in jurisdictions where access
to or use of our Website may be illegal or prohibited. Trinity Enterprise
may in its discretion refuse permission to access and use of our website.
You may print or download the pages of the Website for your personal, non-commercial
use, provided that you do not modify any of the pages or other content and
you do not remove or alter any code, identification, marks, notices, or disclaimers.

Trinity Enterprise’ liability is limited to foreseeable and direct
damages only. Trinity Enterprise will not under any circumstances be

loss of income or profits (anticipated or otherwise), loss of markets, economic
loss, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage or punitive damages,
whether in contract, tort or under any other theory of law or equity, arising
from, connected with, or relating to the use of our website by you or any
other person.
Under no condition will Trinity Enterprise’ total liability to you
or any other person for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations,
damages, losses, and costs, whether in contract, tort or under any other theory
of law or equity, and regardless of any negligence or other fault or wrongdoing
by Trinity Enterprise or any person for whom Trinity Enterprise
is responsible, exceed $50 Cdn the purchase price of the Item that is the
subject of the claim.
The exclusion of certain warranties and/or limitation of certain liabilities
are prohibited by law in some jurisdictions. The warranty disclaimer and liability
exclusion and limitation clauses survive indefinitely after the termination
of this Agreement.

Communications sent to Trinity Enterprise by email are not considered
delivered until they are actually received and processed by Trinity Enterprise.

video and audio forms, images, icons, software, design, applications and other
elements are the property of Trinity Enterprise and are protected by
international copyright and other laws. Use of the website does not entitle

does not apply.
