SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Editorial Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in Trinity Enterprises. We are currently looking for fresh, innovative submissions with a unique twist for our newly developed line of Quickwit E-Cards. Our cards capture real-life emotions on topics such as love, friendship, and family, and address the challenges we all face in life. We are accepting works for holiday and special occasion genres as well. Writing with a slant of sensitivity or humor is always a plus. Limit your submissions to 30 ideas. Please allow up to four weeks for a response. See Below for examples of quickwit style. (HUMOR BIRTHDAY)

Trinity will also be launching our new paper greeting card line, VISIONARY CARDS and are on the lookout for contemporary, non-rhyming prose. Submissions in this area should be carefully crafted and thought provoking, speaking to the heart of an individual in a conversational style. Please limit your works to 20 lines or less. Allow 3 to 6 months for a response. Your patience is appreciated.

Submission Procedure: Please paste your work for QUICKWIT CARDS or VISIONARY CARDS into the body of the e-mail. Be sure to make note of which greeting card line you are submitting to. Send to leslie.neilson@gmail.com In the subject line type, "Editorial Submissions." *Note: No attachments please. All attachments will be left unopened. Be sure to include your name, address, and telephone number. E-mail submissions will receive a reply within 4 weeks as receipt. See example below:

possible. Artist Guidelines

Trinity Enterprises has in-house artists that are on the leading edge of creative styles and abilities, however, we are always looking for talented visual effects artists to add to our team. If you think your artistic work has a fine gallery feel, then we are looking for you! Trinity Enterprises welcomes fine artwork and photography throughout the year. Images should be unique in design and have an appealing visual impact. No cartoons please.

Submission Procedure: You may submit material for consideration in two ways:

For electronic submissions, please attach no more than five images in jpeg format to display your style of artistic abilities. Send to kim.cookson@trinityenterprise.ca For regular mail submissions, please send no more than ten samples in a self addressed stamped envelope to the address below. We will make every effort to return your hardcopy material as promptly as possible, should we not be interested. Allow three to six months for a response. (Please do not send originals. Trinity Enterprises will not be responsible for lost or damaged material)
