Trinity Enterprise is required by Canadian Federal law to Protect the privacy and the confidentiality of personal information – whether by the web, telephone, fax or through our offices.
Trinity Enterprise operates its business on the basis of a corporate privacy policy that dictates the handling of the personal information collected. Trinity Enterprise seeks consent for all personal information it collects and uses and discloses at the time of collection. Trinity Enterprise will request written or consent by email for information which by its nature is considered sensitive, i.e.: credit card numbers, account numbers, etc. “Contacts” information provided voluntarily will be considered as consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personally identifiable information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Trinity Enterprise will not use personal information for any purpose other than in the course of normal business practice. Consent will be sought or obtained for the use of personal information to be used for other than the original intent.

Trinity Enterprise does not collect, use or disseminate personal information except where individuals have provided the information on a voluntary basis. Trinity Enterprise limits the amount and type of information collected to information required to provide the individual with the requested information, regarding Trinity Enterprise products and or services. Trinity Enterprise undertakes personal information provided with consent will be kept secure and confidential. Trinity Enterprise may disclose personal information collected without the knowledge or consent of the individual for purposes relating to an investigation under, the enforcement of or the administration of a law or where required by law to disclose the information. Trinity Enterprise will not provide personal information without the consent of the individual except as authorized by applicable law.
Trinity Enterprise retains personal information only for the purpose and as long as is necessary in order to conduct business as it relates to our products and service offerings. Trinity Enterprise does not exchange, trade or sell personal information with third party companies or organizations. Trinity Enterprise will however provide to third parties information with consent where the information is required of Trinity Enterprise outsourced marketing activities. Trinity Enterprise respects the privacy of its suppliers, clients, potential clients and partners as such will take every reasonable measures to ensure personal information remains private and secure. Information collected by Trinity Enterprise is stored both in hard copy and electronic format. Hard copy information is stored in locked cabinets and electronic information is protected through the use of: password protection, virus scans, firewalls, encryption, and electronic intrusion detection. Trinity Enterprise can in no way be responsible or ensure information that it receives electronically is free from corruption or alteration. Again, once received, Trinity Enterprise will use password protection, virus scans, firewalls, encryption, and electronic intrusion detection to ensure its safety. Access to all information whether hard copy or electronic is restricted on a need-to-know basis as required in carrying out normal business responsibilities. Trinity Enterprise will provide the personal information file to the owner for viewing or updating upon receiving a request form the owner by letter, fax or email. The owner may also request the purpose for which the information has been collected. As well who has been provide or has access to the information. Exceptions to honouring or denial of a request to view personal information may be provided as defined by the CSA Model Code.
All Trinity Enterprise staff are required to familiarize themselves with Trinity Enterprise privacy policies. Trinity Enterprise on an ongoing basis in the normal course of business will keep personal information as accurate and as complete as required for purposes specified. Questions related to purposes specified can be directed to the privacy officer.
