or standard, partnership and co-operative publishing. Trinity Enterprise
is also committed to the promotion and sale of used and out-of-print books
as well as other activities and items that promote Atlantic Canadian “Artistic
and Cultural Development”.
B. Who are our Customers?
Individuals, businesses and organization that are legally entitled and wish to
purchase Trinity Enterprise books and other products may register to be a Customer
and purchase through our store or website. All information submitted by Customers
to Trinity Enterprise including registration information, payment information, and
transaction-related information must be true, accurate, and complete specific
to our requirements.
Orders placed through our website are filled by Trinity Enterprise or forwarded
to the appropriate publisher, independent bookseller or resource by electronic
mail (e-mail) for acceptance and fulfillment. For credit card purchases, either
the independent or Trinity Enterprise, depending upon our independent
dealer agreement will process the order. You are solely responsible for maintenance
and security of your password and credit card information and are liable for
any use and misuse of your password and for all activities that occur under
your password. You are responsible for immediately notifying Trinity Enterprise
of any unauthorized use of your credit card or password. Trinity Enterprise
is not under any obligation to verify the actual identity or authority
of the user of any password.

Publishing reserves the right to change information on the Website at any
time without any notice or liability to its customers. As might be expected
products listed on our site are subject to availability, and may not be available
when ordered. However we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you
requests. Products offered are invitations for purchase orders, and shall
not constitute binding offers to sell. Your order will be accepted only if
